Property Entry Guide


1. Accessing the Gate


• PIN code: 1936

• Enter the code on the keypad to open the main electric gate

• The second electric gate can only be opened + closed manually


Gate settings: To keep the gate permanently open, place the flap over the sensor
To close the gate again, lift the flap off the sensor
If the flap is left on the sensor, the gate will not close when using the fob or keypad

– Allowed from the tree backwards (ensure no driveways are blocked)

– Beyond the yellow line


• On–Site Parking:

– 3–4 cars can park in the main front area

– 2 more cars can fit in the second front area
