Initial enquiries to HQ are often handled by us.
In these instances, we establish the brief and run it by suitable spaces.
If we’re required to stage a helpful intervention, we’re on standby to do so, otherwise hire arrangements are made direct.
STUDIOHIRE.COM does not act an agent, isn’t in partnership with any members or clients or site users and is not party to any agreement between studio | location space and hirer | client.
Should we refer an enquiry within the first two months of listing, and the hire goes ahead – in special circumstances and with prior agreement – we reserve the right to take commission – percentage to be agreed.
Members maintain their listings and are responsible for keeping information and images up to date.
STUDIOHIRE.COM reserves the right to edit pages and remove any content or images.
There's a good chance you'll be added to our mailing list – we'll only contact you on odd occasions and only about useful stuff but feel free to opt out – just email us!

The FOC period gives the listing a chance to germinate.
A small subscription kicks in after the comp – annually... probably less than your day, or even half day rate! More info provided during sign up.
Breathe easy… transactions are carried out by reputable third parties (currently WorldPay) – we don't store card details.
If you've given us notice to cancel, note there will only ever be one more payment after notice is provided irrespective of date given.
We can cancel the subscription for you, or you are at liberty to do so via our service provider portal.
If you've set up a regular bank transfer (this is something only you can cancel – and if, for whatever reason this doesn’t happen, we're only liable to return x1 month subs).
On registration, you have full access and editing rights.
Members can reset logins anytime via The Dash.
